The new automated assembly line realizes full-process automatic positioning, lens fitting, optical calibration and finished product testing, replacing traditional manual assembly. It greatly improves production efficiency, stabilizes product consistency and reduces assembly errors caused by manual operation.
Supported by the new line, CSSOPT’s monthly output of 8MP fisheye, low distortion and starlight night vision lenses gets a significant boost. All products pass automatic optical inspection to guarantee low distortion, uniform illumination and stable low-light performance.
Equipped with a 100,000-class dust-free workshop, the Hunan factory can meet mass bulk orders from global customers for security, industrial vision and intelligent transportation lens projects.
